- Head northwest towards Pleasant St. Turn right on Pleasant St. and continue towards Main St.
- Turn right onto Mechanic St. and continue towards Leominster Connector. Keep right at the fork and follow signs for I-190 S towards Worcester. Merge onto I-190 S.
- Use the right two lanes to merge onto I-290 W towards Auburn.
- Use the right two lanes to take exit 12 for MA-146 S toward I-90.
- Take exit 10 toward US-20/I-90/Boston/Springfield.
- Use the left two lanes to turn left onto US-20.

Directions from Shrewsbury, MA - Turn right onto Main St., make another right onto Summer St., then make another right onto Raymond Ave.
- Continue on Raymond Ave. for three miles, then turn left onto MA-140 S.
- Turn left to merge onto US-20 W toward Worcester/Auburn.
